New getConfig API for integrations and fixes for delayed capture resumption.

New features

• Added the FS('getConfig') API to provide easier access to integration configurations.

Bug fixes

• Fixed an issue where session capture might fail to resume correctly during a page split if captureOnStartup was set to false.
